When I reached my 30th year of a successful professional career in technology, I realized I was feeling stuck. I realized that the hard-driving way of operating was not bringing the same fulfillment and joy as it used to do in my earlier years. My career helped me achieve a great level of success, but I was left feeling disconnected from my deeper values and sense of self. At some point, I was exposed to life coaching when I started managing teams. I remember feeling joy and excitement when working with my team to help them achieve their goals. So I decided to become certified as a life coach to see what was that all about. I was up for a surprise! I wasn’t expecting to become the coachee, I was supposed to become a coach. It all made sense after I started my coaching journey: in order to become a coach I had to be in the client’s shoes to be able to empathize and feel the transformation in my own self. After a few months into the program, I found myself inspired by a different vision for success and growth. What began as an attempt to rediscover myself led to a fundamental shift of mind and the desire to serve others in a radically different way.
That’s when I decided to form Evolving Paths. I wanted to infuse in its name the actual process that we follow as we transform our lives along our own pathway. The logo represents the combination of two elements that are parallelly mirroring each side, just like the way we live our lives sometimes. As you trace the logo, you realize that each side is symmetric yet represents a different symbol altogether. This is the transformation that I invite you to explore as you align closer together to your inner self.
I value exploring my surroundings and feeling connected with my reality. These traits enhance my natural curiosity, and enable me to be present at any time.
Learning and evolving as a person and as a professional is the engine behind my passion to study and implement new methodologies. It fascinates me to find new and interesting things to learn.
Service to others is a quality that I embrace in my life, making me focus on the things that I can do for my clients, my community and our collective consciousness.
I’ve been learning coaching techniques and methodologies since 2013. My curiosity to explore my fundamental beliefs and my value to serve others motivated me to grow in both careers: technology and coaching. This is what I bring to the table when working with my clients: a combination of left and right brain, my innate curiosity to explore, and my gentle yet specific approach to best serve my clients.
